Report Fraud or Misconduct within DOS:
Call, E-mail, Send a Letter or a Fax when you think ...someone is using DOS property or people for personal gain;
...someone is intentionally misleading DOS for financial gain;
...someone is taking some benefit to "look the other way"; or
...you're not sure if you should call to report suspicions.
For complaints applicable to programs, activities, employees, and other matters under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of State, contact the Office of Inspector General. The OIG will accept complaints filed by e-mail, letter, fax, and telephone at the contact information listed below. However, it is important to include all pertinent information and contact information from the complainant.
Departments Other than the Department of State:
For complaints that involve matters not under the jurisdiction of the Florida Department of State, complainants should file with the Office of Inspector General for the agency or department which has jurisdiction over the complaint.
