Meeting of Florida Electors Credentialing Form & Monday, December 15, 2008

The Florida Department of State is coordinating the meeting of Florida electors to cast their votes for the 2008 Presidential Election. This meeting will be held in the Florida Senate Chambers at 2:00p.m. on Monday, December 15, 2008. Members of the media will need to complete the attached form in order to reserve a place in the Senate Press Gallery, which will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please fax or email your forms to the DOS Communications Office at (850) 245-6126 or dospressoffice@dos.state.fl.us by no later than Friday, December 5, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. EST.
