Media Advisory: Election Day Credentialing

The Florida Department of State (DOS) will have a media center available for members of the press wishing to attend Election Day media availabilities and report on election night results. In order to have access to the DOS media filing center and the R.A. Gray Building, members of the press will need to complete the attached form in order to ensure proper credentialing. Please fax or email your forms to the DOS Communications Office at (850) 245-6126 or dospressoffice@dos.state.fl.us by no later than Monday, November 3, 2008 at noon (12:00 p.m. EST)

For your convenience, the media center will include workstations, wireless access and twenty (20) Internet lines to accommodate laptops. Listed below is the address of the Department of State’s election night media center:

During the upcoming days, members of the press will receive additional information on media and satellite truck parking, dates and times for picking up credentials and hours of operation for the Department of State’s media center.
