Media Advisory: State Elections Canvassing Commission Meeting

The Department of State, Division of Elections announces the following meeting of the State Elections Canvassing Commission. The members of the State Elections Canvassing Commission include Governor Charlie Crist, Commissioner of Agriculture Charles Bronson, and Attorney General Bill McCollum.

DATE AND TIME: Friday, August 29, 2008 at 5:30 p.m.
PLACE: Cabinet Meeting Room, LL03, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida
SUBJECT: Determination of races where a machine recount is to be ordered pursuant to Section 102.141(7), F.S.

NOTE: Governor Crist, Commissioner Bronson, and Attorney General McCollum will all participate via telephone.
