MEDIA ADVISORY: Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner to Host Press Availability to Discuss 2012 General Election

TALLAHASSEE – Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner will be available to the media to discuss Florida’s 2012 General Election tomorrow morning in the Department of State’s R.A. Gray Building at 9:30 a.m. The press availability will be in the department’s Gallery for Innovation and the Arts, where the media is invited to stay throughout Election Day.

The R.A. Gray Building will be closed to the general public, so reporters must bring their organization’s press credentials to access the building. Please call or email Department of State Communications Director Chris Cate at (850) 245-6522 or chris.cate@dos.myflorida.com for any questions.

All Floridians will be able to view Florida’s election results at the Florida Election Watch website, enight.elections.myflorida.com. Visitors to the site will be able to view results by contest, county and other categories.
