Statement by Secretary of State Ken Detzner regarding Judge Hinkle’s Ruling

"We are pleased with today's decision because it is further confirmation that we are doing the right thing and following the law. The court agreed that identifying ineligible voters who have never had a right to vote will help prevent the votes of eligible citizens from being neutralized. We will continue to seek access to the federal SAVE database to support our efforts to ensure the accuracy of Florida's voter rolls."
