Description

Central Florida Community Arts (CFCArts) is seeking a part-time, nonexempt Member Experience Manager to serve as a leader in member experience, tracking, communication, and engagement for our volunteer performing members.

The ideal candidate has a passion for engaging and serving our members and a desire to work alongside the Production Team to create dynamic and enriching rehearsal and performance experiences for our choral and instrumental ensembles. They have a proven ability to build relationships with members and co-workers, organize and maintain rosters for multiple ensembles during simultaneous seasons, and possess highly effective written and verbal communication skills. They have a member-centered vision to consistently evaluate and elevate the experiences of the people in our ensembles.

CFCArts boasts the largest community choir and symphony orchestra in the country, robust youth theatre programs, a big band, and an internationally recognized School of Arts & Health, proudly serving participants as young as six weeks old through adults experiencing Alzheimer's and dementia. The people we serve are as diverse as our growing community and find joy in discovering or refining their inner artist.

What You’ll Do

The Member Experience Manager, Choral & Instrumental Programs, is responsible for the following:
Create and maintain member rosters and tracking procedures for all Choral and Instrumental Ensembles
Create and maintain physical and printed material organization and storage procedures
Serve as the main member liaison by leading written and verbal communications with members and co-workers
Recruit and maintain communications with a team of volunteers for each ensemble for set-up, strike, and organization.
Explore methods of improving the experience of members at rehearsals and performance venues.

Championing the member experience, both on and off stage, by creating a culture of enthusiasm, recognition, clear communication, and attention to detail.
Leading the maintenance of rosters, attendance, and communication for our Community Choir, Symphony Orchestra, Big Band, and Youth Orchestra.
Sending weekly communication to the respective Production Teams for membership updates and advocacy
Creating copies, packets, CDs, name tags, and any other printed materials to aid in member experience and success
Attending all member rehearsals and events to serve as the member point of communication

WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE

This position is a part-time, nonexempt, salaried role that will require Sunday and evening availability. Days off may vary week to week based on performance needs of the ensembles. This position will be a hybrid of remote/virtual work and in-person. At least one day per week will be required in the office.

COMPENSATION
Salary range: $30,000 DOE
