Description

The City of Port St. Lucie is seeking an artist or artist team for the design, fabrication, and installation of a permanent work(s) of public art within a municipal park (site to be determined). The newly-created monument for a municipal park (site to be determined) will honor those who have served in combat and have experienced mental health hardship, or have died as a result of the emotional and physical wounds of war.
